Amy & Raf met at the gym. Their second date was a run in the mountains. They fell in love, got pregnant, engaged then married.
After moving into their home and welcoming their second baby girl, they too experienced both the beauty and the chaos of parenthood.
Thanks to their first love, FITNESS - together they worked hard to ensure that fitness was and always remains a high priority value in their home.
Amy began working out as a teen, was a cheerleader in early childhood days, loved running track in high school, and has never let go of fitness since.
Raf similarly began his fitness journey as a teen, played football and rugby and eventually earned an Engineering Degree only to pivot his career into his life long passion - fitness.
Between the two, they have well over 20 years experience in the gym, hold professional certifications and are sought after experts in the world of exercise and nutrition.
Their passion met their purpose at the birth of their second daughter when immediately they knew that mamas were EXACTLY WHO they wanted to help!
They love what they do and those they're fortunate enough to do it with!
Rafael has played a huge role in my mental and physical transformation.
Before I met Raf, I had never done any form of strength training and was new to exercising. Within the first 6 months of training with him, I was down 10 lbs. in overall weight, 9.6% body fat and gained 5 lbs. of muscle.
But more importantly, I learned how to truly love myself. Rafael is genuine, honest, truly cares and wants you to succeed. He is absolutely THE best!

Do i need a gym? - NOPE. All in home, light dumbbells and mini bands are recommended
How many calories do i need to eat? - Learn a lifestyle and understand the portions YOU need

Do I really need to invest in the help? ABSOLUTELY. If you haven't hit your goals, THIS is your missing link.
I can't afford this. - You can't afford not to. Your kids are always watching and there is nothing creativity and resourcefulness cannot accomplish.
But i have bills, i just don't have the budget. - You get what you pay for, invest cheap, get cheap results.
I don't think I can do this? Good, its only because you havent started, once you start you'll see how ANYTHING is achievable.
Am i too old? Too fat? Too skinny? Too weak? Too lazy? etc.... those are literally all just thoughts. If you tell yourself you can, then you CAN.
Will i lose weight? Can i actually get toned? YUP - just follow directions.
